More than 115 company representatives, contractors and Boilermakers met under the uniting theme “Working Together for a Stronger Industry!” to build relationships, learn the latest industry info and confront challenges.
PARTNERS IN THE Southeast Area Tripartite Alliance met April 10-12 in Destin, Florida, to review construction industry developments involving the Boilermakers, signatory contractors and owners.
Among the key topics addressed were changes to the Boilermaker-Blacksmith National Pension Trust and Boilermaker initiatives to ramp up training and recruitment.
THE SOUTHEAST AREA Tripartite conference held in Destin, Florida, earlier this year stressed the importance of safety and recruitment while providing updates on the utility industry and committee work.
Committees form to tackle challenges
The Southeast Area (SEA) Tripartite Alliance met at the Hilton Sandestin Hotel in Destin, Fla., March 30-April 1, to address industry issues. The alliance includes leaders from the Boilermaker, contractor and owner communities.
